Ik heb een HP Photosmart 5520 van 2014. Hij wilt geen zwart meer afdrukken, andere kleuren wel nog. Ik heb de cartridges vervangen door een originele, maar toch mag het niet baten. hij zegt op het statusrapport dat deze nieuwe zwarte cartridge leeg is.
Ik heb al eens opgezocht bij HP en het zijn ook niet de 'ventilatie'schachten.
