Launch a Web browser and open Spotify's "Contact Support" page.

Select "I Have a Problem" in the "Inquiry" field, "Login or Account Problems" as the "Topic" field, and select either "Paid" or "Free" for your service type.

Type your username and your email address into the provided fields. Type "Account Deletion Request" into the Subject field.

Compose a short not that lists your name, your date of birth, and your billing ZIP code. Spotify will send you an email confirmation of your account deletion.
