Tijdens warme dagen moet je koelkast extra hard werken. Dit betekent dat het energieverbruik stijgt omdat de compressor en het koelmiddel constant draaien om de warmte af te voeren.<\/p><p>Geen zorgen, met een paar slimme trucs kun je je koelkast helpen om effici&euml;nt te blijven.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-temperatuur-van-de-koelkast\">Temperatuur van de koelkast<\/h2><p>Als de temperaturen buiten stijgen, maken veel mensen zich zorgen over hun etenswaren in de koelkast. Is het nog veilig om je melk, broodbeleg en andere bederfelijke waar op dezelfde temperatuur te bewaren? Het Voedingscentrum adviseert om de koelkast altijd tussen de 3 en 4 graden Celsius in te stellen. Zorg ervoor dat je koelkast niet te vol zit en laat warme gerechten eerst goed afkoelen voordat je ze in de koelkast zet. Dit voorkomt onnodige opwarming van de binnenkant van de koelkast. Ook is het verstandig om de deur van de koelkast zo kort mogelijk open te houden om temperatuurschommelingen te minimaliseren.<\/p><div>\n    <section id=\"section-ad-banner-r3\" class=\"section-ad-banner\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n      <div class=\"banner-target-rx\" data-aceslot=\"r3\" id=\"aa-blog_r3_68344\">\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n<\/div><p>Zo houd je je voedsel heerlijk vers tijdens warme dagen:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plaats je koelkast <strong>uit de zon<\/strong>. Direct zonlicht kan de buitentemperatuur van de koelkast verhogen, wat de effici&euml;ntie vermindert. Zorg ook voor voldoende ventilatie rondom de koelkast. Dit helpt om de warmte effectief af te voeren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regelmatige <strong>reiniging van de condensorspoelen<\/strong> is essentieel.
